8:30am Meet at the Capitol in Room 127 – pick up packet, human right to water sticker, get oriented
8:45am Depart for Water Parks and Wildlife Hearing Room 437
9:00am Hearing for AB 685 (Eng) Human Right to Water
As time is available, drop by visits to Assemblymembers
12:00pm Rally – just outside the Capitol at 11th and L
12:45pm Lunch on the lawn on the L St. side – we will provide burritos and drinks
1:30pm Hearing for AB 938 (VM Perez), AB 983 (Perea), AB 1187 (Fong), AB 1221 (Alejo) Environmental Safety and Toxic Materials Hearing Room 444
As time is available, drop by visits to legislators
6:00pm Dinner at St. John’s Lutheran 1701 L St. (about 6 ½ blocks from the Capitol) meet at 11th and L if you need a ride, otherwise, enjoy the walk – takes about 15 minutes to walk there.
6:45pm Strategy Meeting at St. John’s
